A men’s hair salon on Camden Road, a few minutes from the town centre. We are hairdressers as much as barbers, which means scissor work, shape and length are things we do properly rather than things we tolerate.
Every appointment is forty-five minutes and begins with an in-depth consultation. That is the whole difference: time enough to understand your hair before anyone picks up a comb.
Salon expertise, modern barbering
Most men are booking the wrong thing.
Traditional barbering is clipper work: short back and sides, fades, a tidy finish in fifteen minutes. Hairdressing is the other craft — scissor work, weight, texture and how a shape moves as it grows out. Most men need some of both, and most places only teach one.
Our team trains in both, through our own in-house programme. So a skin fade and a long layered crop are booked into the same chair with the same stylist, and nobody has to pretend that a clipper grade is a haircut.

An in-depth consultation. Hair type, growth pattern, how much effort you will realistically put in on a Tuesday morning. Bring photos. You will get an honest answer about whether they will work on your head.

Yes. Long Haircut & Finish is a service in its own right, built around detailed scissor work and advice on shape, movement and how the cut will grow out. If you are changing length or shape significantly, book a Restyle, which allows extra time.
Forty-five minutes as standard. That is longer than a typical barbershop slot, and it is what makes the consultation, the cut and a proper finish possible in one visit rather than rushed into a fifteen-minute chair.
Your stylist looks at your hair type, growth pattern and how you actually style it at home, then talks through what will work and what will not. Inspiration photos help. You will get honest advice rather than agreement, including when a look will not suit your hair.
Yes. Every appointment finishes with a recommendation on how to recreate the look at home, using our own P2 styling range, which is developed to complement the way we cut. There is no obligation to buy anything.
