Why we created P2
A different approach to men’s hair.
The P2 Collective was founded by Tom and Sam, who came from two different sides of the industry.
Tom began his career in a salon, where he learnt how much the client experience mattered. The consultation, the service and the small details all played a part in making people feel looked after.
Sam came from a traditional barbershop background, where he recognised there was an opportunity to offer men something more.
Together, they combined the best parts of both worlds. The technical expertise and client care of a salon, with the relaxed atmosphere and familiarity of a barbershop.
Today, P2 is built around one simple idea: giving men an experience they’re proud to come back to.
Every detail matters.

Every workstation is cleaned and prepared before each appointment because we believe the environment is just as important as the haircut itself.

We’ll talk about your hair, your routine, what you like, what frustrates you and what you’re hoping to achieve.
We’ll explain our ideas, answer any questions and make sure we’re both clear on the plan before the haircut begins.
