The P2 Collective

Beyond the Chair

The P2 Collective has always been about more than haircuts.

Why We Built P2

More than a barbershop.

When we opened The P2 Collective, we had a simple goal.

We wanted to build something bigger than a place where people came for a haircut every few weeks.

We wanted to create somewhere people genuinely looked forward to visiting. A place where conversations happened naturally, friendships were built and people felt part of something.

Over time, clients became friends.

Friends introduced friends.

Businesses began supporting one another.

The salon became somewhere people connected, not simply somewhere they had their hair cut.

That has always been the vision behind The P2 Collective.

PACER

Where running became something bigger.

What started as a weekly Sunday run with a handful of clients quickly became something much bigger than we ever expected.

Every Sunday morning we meet outside the salon before heading out for a relaxed 5K at around a 30-minute pace.

Nobody gets left behind.

Everyone is welcome.

The conversations before, during and after each run have created genuine friendships that now exist well beyond The P2 Collective.

  • People meet outside the salon.
  • Train together.
  • Support each other’s goals.
  • Celebrate each other’s achievements.

As the community continued to grow, so did the idea behind it.

The P2 Run Collective evolved into PACER.

Today, PACER has become its own fitness and lifestyle brand, built around the same values that started inside the salon.

From premium running apparel and accessories to a growing community of people who enjoy moving together, PACER exists to bring people together through movement.

One of our favourite things is seeing people wearing PACER around Tunbridge Wells and beyond. It’s become more than clothing. It’s a way of showing you’re part of the movement.

Our Partners

Working with people who share our values.

Penelope Coffee

Every coffee served inside The P2 Collective comes from Penelope Coffee.

Together, we created our own P2 Blend, a personalised coffee made specifically for the salon, served in-house as part of the P2 experience and available to buy as whole beans.

We wanted the coffee we serve to reflect the same level of care we put into everything else at P2, so working with a local business that shares our standards felt like the right fit.

KSL Hair Clinic

Hair loss affects far more men than many people realise, but it is still often treated as something people joke about rather than something that can genuinely affect confidence and mental wellbeing.

At The P2 Collective, we believe those conversations should be open and honest.

We’re proud to work alongside KSL Hair Clinic, helping clients better understand the options available to them and guiding them towards trusted support when it’s right for them.

For Tom, this partnership is also personal. After having his own hair transplant with KSL and experiencing the difference it made to his confidence, working together felt completely natural.
