Every stylist develops through the same structured programme, ensuring consistent standards throughout the business.
We don’t believe training should simply tick a box.
Development should be personal.
Every Graduate Stylist receives dedicated one-to-one training with Tom and Sam, progressing through the P2 Principles at their own pace.
Once someone becomes a fully qualified P2 Stylist, additional training takes place when it’s genuinely valuable. We respect our team’s time and focus on continuous improvement rather than repeating what people already know.

Alongside working in a premium appointment-based environment, we regularly organise team meetings, training sessions and social events that bring everyone together.
Training at P2 is tailored to the individual. Graduate Stylists receive dedicated one-to-one coaching through the P2 Principles, while qualified team members receive additional training whenever it’s genuinely valuable, rather than sitting through sessions they don’t need.
